Изобретение относится к области металлургии цветных и драгоценных металлов, в частности переработке руд и концентратов, содержащих золото, серебро и минералы ртути. Осуществляют цианидное выщелачивание измельчённого материала, сорбцию драгоценных металлов и ртути из продуктивного раствора на активированный уголь. Насыщенный угольный сорбент обрабатывают в растворе хлороводородной кислоты, отмывают, высушивают и подвергают вакуум-термической обработке при температуре 400-450°C и остаточном давлении 1-8 кПа с конденсацией паров металлической ртути в охлаждаемом конденсаторе. Десорбцию драгоценных металлов с угольного сорбента после демеркуризации осуществляют щелочно-цианидным раствором в автоклавных условиях, выделение золота и серебра из элюата ведут электролизом. Техническим результатом является сокращение материальных затрат и повышение извлечения серебра в целевой сплав лигатурного золота.The invention relates to the field of metallurgy of non-ferrous and precious metals, in particular the processing of ores and concentrates containing gold, silver and minerals of mercury.
