Устройство для нормализации забоя и фрезерования портов гидроразрыва пластов содержит струйный насос с присоединенным к нему снизу уплотнительным пакером с каналом для отвода пассивной среды, при этом в устройстве выполнен обходной канал с возможностью отведения части активного потока в нижнее затрубное пространство, каналы диффузоров струйного насоса расположены в верхней части устройства и открыты по направлению к устью скважины, в пакере установлены уплотнительные манжеты, выполненные с возможностью вращения относительно оси устройства с сохранением герметичности при работе устройства.
