Устройство для нормализации забоя и фрезерования портов гидроразрыва пластов содержит струйный насос с присоединенным к нему снизу уплотнительным пакером с каналом для отвода пассивной среды, при этом в устройстве выполнен обходной канал с возможностью отведения части активного потока в нижнее затрубное пространство, каналы диффузоров струйного насоса расположены в верхней части устройства и открыты по направлению к устью скважины, в пакере установлены уплотнительные манжеты, выполненные с возможностью вращения относительно оси устройства с сохранением герметичности при работе устройства. The method of normalizing the face and milling of hydraulic fracturing and hydraulic fracturing ports during current and capital repairs in wells, including horizontal ones with low reservoir pressures and abnormally low-pressure formations, is performed using the claimed device.
