Abstract

Задачей изобретения является снижение расходов энергии на теплоснабжение многоэтажных жилых домов, как существующих, так и проектируемых, уменьшение загрязнения окружающей среды, а также обеспечение требуемого воздухообмена помещений. Поставленная задача решается тем, что система вентиляции содержит тепловой насос (10), соединенный через теплообменник системы отопления (14) с отопительными приборами (16) помещений циркуляционными трубопроводами (12) незамерзающей жидкости, а вентиляторная установка теплового насоса соединена с вытяжной шахтой (3) системы естественной вентиляции (1); воздух поступает в вентиляторную установку из камеры смешения (5), в которую от вытяжной шахты (3) поступает удаляемый из здания воздух, и по регулируемому воздухозабору поступает наружный воздух, расход которого автоматически изменяется по задаваемому перепаду давления между камерой смешения (5) и наружным воздухом. На вытяжной шахте (3) устанавливается воздушный клапан, который закрывается при включении теплового насоса (10) и открывается при его выключении для создания естественной вентиляции здания при выключенном тепловом насосе (10), а на вытяжной шахте (3) устанавливается специальный дефлектор аэродинамического обтекания (25) наружным воздухом.
