Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к лабораторным методам диагностики и предназначено для выявления диагностического маркера развития анемии при аутоиммунном заболевании щитовидной железы - диффузном токсическом зобе (ДТЗ). Сущность изобретения состоит в способе диагностики анемии при ДТЗ, включающем иммунологическое исследование крови и определение диагностического маркера анемии, в качестве которого используют реакцию эритрофагоцитоза, которая устанавливает участие аутоиммунных механизмов в развитии анемии по реакции поглощения эритроцитов нейтрофилами, и при выявлении эритрофагоцитоза выше 1% диагностируют развитие анемии. Заявляемое техническое решение расширяет перечень маркеров диагностики анемии, что способствует повышению точности диагностики.The invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostic methods and is intended to identify a diagnostic marker for the development of anemia in an autoimmune thyroid disease - diffuse toxic goiter (DTZ). The essence of the invention consists in a method for diagnosing anemia in DTZ, including an immunological study of blood and determining a diagnostic marker of anemia, which is used for erythrophagocytosis reaction, which establishes the participation of autoimmune mechanisms in the development of anemia by erythrocyte uptake by neutrophils, and when erythrophagocytosis is detected above 1% is diagnosed development of erythrocytes anemia. The claimed technical solution expands the list of markers for diagnosing anemia, which contributes to improving the accuracy of diagnosis.
