Другим ограничением увеличения площади плоских электродов является уменьшение их механической прочности при ее увеличении. Этот недостаток (малая площадь) предлагается устранить построением электролизера с электродами, близкими к цилиндрической форме-конусными. Отличительными признаками предлагаемого изобретения являются повышение надежности за счет модифицирования порошков титана микропроволокой в стеклянной изоляции и центрифугирования порошков титана катода, позволяющего сепарировать частицы порошка так, что более мелкие из них располагаются ближе к протоннообменной мембране, что уменьшает вероятность ее деструкции.The application for the invention proposes the design of an electrolyzer for the production of laboratory-type hydrogen and the technology for the manufacture of its elements. It is proposed to eliminate this disadvantage (small area) by building an electrolyzer with electrodes that are close to a cylindrical-conical form. Distinctive features of the invention are increased reliability due to the modification of titanium powders by microwire in glass insulation and centrifugation of titanium cathode powders, allowing the powder particles to be separated so that smaller ones are located closer to the proton exchange membrane, which reduces the probability of its destruction.
