Abstract
Система поглощения энергии/сцепления для железнодорожных вагонов, содержащая узел амортизации, расположенный в функциональном сочетании с автосцепкой и тяговым хомутом. Узел амортизации расположен в кармане для поглощающего аппарата тяговой балки железнодорожного вагона между передними и задними упорами. Тяговый хомут состоит из задней стенки, а также верхней и нижней стенок, которые соединены с задней стенкой и тянутся от нее по направлению к переднему концу узла амортизации. Задняя стенка тягового хомута контактирует с задним концом узла амортизации. Верхняя и нижняя стенки тягового хомута функционально соединены с хвостовиком автосцепки на переднем конце тягового хомута. Верхняя и нижняя стенки тягового хомута, каждая, содержат упорные элементы, которые тянутся в противоположных боковых направлениях друг от друга и ограничивают перемещение при тяге, в то же время максимизируют перемещение при ударе и ограничивают полное суммарное перемещение системы поглощения энергии/сцепления. Система поглощения энергии/сцепления имеет нейтральное положение, крайнее положение при ударе, находящееся на первом заданном расстоянии от нейтрального положения, и крайнее положение при тяге, находящееся на втором заданном расстоянии от нейтрального положения, при этом крайние положения системы поглощения энергии/сцепления при ударе и при тяге находятся с противоположных сторон от нейтрального положения.
