The device (2), which allows the hygienic liquid material to flow into the bowl of the toilet bowl, contains at least one outer body (2.1), at least one inner body (2.3) located inside said outer body (2.1), at least one sealing element (2.2), located between the outer body (2.1) and the inner body (2.3), and the ball (2.4), located in the inner body and able to move up and down.
