Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к способу и устройству для измерения электродной пасты в электродной колонне электродуговой печи. Электродная колонна (10) включает стальной корпус (11), окружающий электродную пасту, и указанная электродная колонна (10) снабжена кольцом (12) контактных колодок для подвода электрического тока к электроду. Электродную колонну (10) заполняют электродной пастой путем введения указанной пасты в стальной корпус (11) сверху. Электродная паста проходит через различные фазы, от исходной пасты в верхней части стального корпуса (11) до расплавленной пасты и далее до спеченной пасты (18) в нижней части электродной колонны (10). В данном изобретении на вершине электродной колонны (10) обеспечены лазерные устройства. Уровень исходной пасты (16), соответствующий высоте столба пасты в стальном корпусе (11), определяют с помощью лазерного луча, испускаемого первым лазерным устройством. Уровень расплавленной пасты (17) в стальном корпусе (11) определяют с помощью лазерного луча, испускаемого вторым лазерным устройством. Данные, полученные от лазерных устройств, используют для расчета расстояний уровней исходной пасты (16) и расплавленной пасты (17) от кольца (12) контактных колодок.
