Abstract
Настоящим изобретением предложен двухступенчатый центробежный насос, содержащий первую ступень, снабженную первым рабочим колесом, установленным на первом валу; и вторую ступень, снабженную вторым рабочим колесом, установленным на втором валу, который отличается от указанного первого вала; при этом вторая ступень сообщается по текучей среде с первой ступенью, а ступени расположены в едином опорном корпусе, в котором предусмотрены первая и вторая камеры, в которых установлены, соответственно, указанное первое рабочее колесо и указанное второе рабочее колесо; при этом указанный опорный кожух содержит монолитный корпус, составляющий с указанным кожухом единое целое и снабженный первой полостью и второй полостью, которые задают соответствующие области указанной первой камеры и указанной второй камеры; при этом по меньшей мере в одной из указанных полостей - в первой или второй - предусмотрен один или несколько переходников, подгоняющих геометрию первой камеры и/или второй камеры под тип или размеры выбранного рабочего колеса.The present invention proposed a two-stage centrifugal pump comprising a first stage, equipped with a first impeller mounted on the first shaft; and the second stage, equipped with a second impeller mounted on the second shaft, which differs from the specified first shaft; wherein the second stage is in fluid communication with the first stage, and the steps are located in a single support body, in which the first and second chambers are installed, in which, respectively, said first impeller and said second impeller are installed; wherein said support case comprises a monolithic body which is integral with the said case and provided with a first cavity and a second cavity, which define the corresponding areas of said first chamber and said second chamber; wherein in at least one of said cavities — in the first or second — one or more adapters are provided that fit the geometry of the first chamber and / or the second chamber to the type or size of the selected impeller.
