Abstract
Способ герметизации стыка предварительно изолированных труб предназначен для использования в строительстве или реконструкции трубопроводного транспорта для обеспечения гидравлической и механической защиты изоляции в неразъемных стыковых соединениях систем трубопроводов, например в теплогидроизолированных. Способ включает размещение термоусаживаемой муфты, выполненной из сшитой светопроницаемой пластмассы, поверх одной из труб-оболочек стыкуемых предварительно изолированных труб, причем используют термоусаживаемую муфту с предварительно нанесенным на ее внутреннюю поверхность адгезионным материалом, имеющим цвет, отличный от цвета трубы-оболочки. После сварки стыкуемых внутренних рабочих труб перемещают муфту на вторую трубу-оболочку и нагревают ее, обеспечивая термоусадку и образование клеевого соединения "муфта - трубы-оболочки", а после окончания термоусадки и образования соединения "муфта - трубы-оболочки" полость между торцами слоев изоляции, рабочими трубами и муфтой заполняют вспенивающейся композицией, при этом ведут визуальный контроль за образованием неразъемного соединения муфты с трубами-оболочками через муфту из светопроницаемой сшитой пластмассы. Технический результат заключается в сохранении свойств и характеристик изоляции в местах стыковых соединений в течение длительного периода времени и увеличении срока эксплуатации стыка и соответственно трубопроводных систем с таким стыком.The method of sealing the joint of pre-insulated pipes is intended for use in the construction or reconstruction of pipeline transport to provide hydraulic and mechanical protection of insulation in one-piece butt joints of pipeline systems, for example, in heat-hydro-insulated. After welding, the joined inner working pipes move the coupling to the second casing pipe and heat it, providing heat shrinkage and the formation of a glue "sleeve-shell-pipe" adhesive connection, and after the end of the heat-setting and formation of a sleeve-shell connection , the working pipes and the coupling are filled with a foaming composition, while visual control is carried out for the formation of a permanent connection of the coupling with the sheathed pipes through a coupling of translucent cross-linked plastic. The technical result is to preserve the properties and characteristics of the insulation in the joints for a long period of time and increase the lifetime of the joint and, accordingly, pipeline systems with such a joint.
