Оптический прицел переменного увеличения предназначен для ведения стрельбы из стрелкового оружия. Содержит установленные в корпусе (1) объектив (2), окуляр (3), тубус (5), в котором размещены оборачивающая система (6), (7) и система смены увеличения (8), (9) в подвижной оправе (10), сетка (4), механизм смены увеличения (14), (15), (16), механизмы выверки (19), тубус (5) кинематически связан с механизмами выверок (19) и имеет продольный паз, конец тубуса (5) со стороны объектива (2) выполнен сферическим и сопряжен с корпусом (1), между тубусом (5) и объективом (2) установлена втулка (11), сопрягаемая с внутренней сферической поверхностью тубуса (5), перед объективом (2) установлено резьбовое кольцо (12), на другой конец тубуса (5) установлено второе резьбовое кольцо (13), на которое опираются рабочие торцы выверочных механизмов (19), механизм смены увеличения выполнен из кинематически связанных толкателя (14), рычага (15) и рукоятки (16), а толкатель (14) соединен с оправой системы смены увеличения (10). Уменьшение габаритных размеров и упрощение конструкции устройства достигается за счет упрощения конструкций и совмещения механизмов смены эквивалентного фокусного расстояния объектива и смены увеличения и выверки прицела.Optical sight variable zoom is designed for shooting from small arms.
