Abstract

Изобретение относится к нефтяной отрасли, в частности к методу очистки нефтяных резервуаров от донных отложений, а также может быть использовано в системах добычи и транспорта нефти. Задачей настоящего изобретения является создание безопасного и эффективного способа очистки нефтяных резервуаров от донных отложений за счет разжижения и удаления асфальто-смоло-парафиновых отложений. Поставленная задача достигается предложенным способом очистки нефтяных резервуаров путем обработки жидкими отработанными углеводородами - фракцией дизельных щелочных отходов, которая присутствует в составе композитного раствора следующего состава, мас.%: полимер - 0,5-1,5, сульфанол - 0,08-0,15, фракция дизельных щелочных отходов - остальное, при этом в качестве полимера использован полимер формулы {Fe[CH(COO)]∙4HO}, где n=500-1000, а обработку отложений ведут при соотношении раствор:отложения, равном 1-5:30. Приведенные результаты свидетельствуют о высокой эффективности раствора на основе наноструктурных координационных полимеров в процессе удаления различных типов АСПО.The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to the method of cleaning oil tanks from bottom sediments, and can also be used in oil production and transportation systems. The task is achieved by the proposed method of cleaning oil tanks by treatment with liquid waste hydrocarbons - diesel alkaline waste fraction, which is present in the composition of the composite solution of the following composition, wt.%: Polymer - 0.5-1.5, sulfanol - 0.08-0, 15, the diesel alkaline waste fraction is the rest, while the polymer used is a polymer of the formula {Fe [CH (COO)], 4HO}, where n = 500-1000, and the treatment of sediments is carried out at a solution: sediment ratio equal to 1-5 :thirty. The results show a high efficiency of the solution based on nanostructured coordination polymers in the process of removing various types of paraffin waxes.
