Abstract
Изобретение относится к насосу-дозатору для дозировки жидких сред, в том числе агрессивных, используемых в пищевой, медицинской, химической, парфюмерной, косметической и машиностроительной промышленности. Техническим результатом изобретения является исключение взаимодействия дозирующей жидкости с материалом насоса, снижение брака при дозировке жидких сред, снижение времени сборки/разборки насоса при его стерилизации. Насос-дозатор содержит полый цилиндрический корпус, изготовленный из кристалла на основе α-AlO, причем корпус состоит из двух частей, одна часть которого имеет больший диаметр и выполнена с возможностью запрессовки по меньшей мере одного подводящего канала, по меньшей мере одного отводящего канала и фиксатора для установки насоса-дозатора на линии дозировки, изготовленных из кристалла на основе α-AlO. Причем с одной стороны корпус выполнен с возможностью размещения внутри него плунжера или поршня, изготовленных из кристалла на основе α-AlOи выполненных с возможностью перемещения внутри корпуса при помощи штока, изготовленного из кристалла на основе α-AlOи выполненного с возможностью запрессовки в плунжер или поршень, а с другой стороны - корпус выполнен с возможностью размещения внутри него шибера, изготовленного из кристалла на основе α-AlO.The invention relates to a dosing pump for dosing of liquid media, including aggressive, used in the food, medical, chemical, perfumery, cosmetic and engineering industries. Moreover, on the one hand, the housing is arranged to accommodate inside it a plunger or piston made of α-AlO-based crystal and configured to move inside the case with a rod made of α-AlO-based crystal and configured to be pressed into the plunger or piston, on the other hand, the body is adapted to accommodate inside it a gate made of α-AlO based crystal.
