Abstract
Способ и установка для превращения металла в жидком состоянии в металл в твердом состоянии и в виде фрагментов. Металл в жидком состоянии разливают на входную часть приемной поверхности (7) первого охлаждаемого вибрирующего стола (4). Металл падает с выходного конца первого стола на входную часть приемной поверхности (7) второго охлаждаемого вибрирующего стола (5). Затвердевший металл в виде фрагментов удаляют на выходном конце приемной поверхности второго стола. Над столом можно установить вращающийся дробильный валок (102). Столы содержат входную зону (7) охлаждения эмульсией жидкость-газ и выходную зону (17) охлаждения жидкостью.
