Abstract

Предлагается способ и устройство для бурения скважины с использованием двойной концентрической бурильной колонны. По длине бурильной колонны через определенные интервалы может быть предусмотрено множество переходных каналов, выполненных с возможностью независимого селективного перекрытия, в результате чего обеспечивается подача насосом жидкости для управления давлением в скважине в затрубное пространство скважины без необходимости спуска или подъема бурильной колонны. Множество обратных клапанов может быть, размещено во внутренней трубе во множестве точек вдоль двойной бурильной колонны для минимизации осаждения твердых частиц в течение продолжительных интервалов отсутствия циркуляции. В случае морской структуры бурильная колонна может эксплуатироваться без морского райзера. Предусмотрено также вращающееся устройство контроля и гидравлическая силовая установка, размещенная на морском дне и предназначенная для управления и смазывания вращающегося устройства контроля. На морском дне может быть размещен насос, предназначенный для управления давлением в затрубном пространстве скважины при помощи вращающегося устройства контроля.
