Abstract
Способ получения бутадиена из н-бутена, включающий следующие этапы: А) получение потока а исходного газа, содержащего н-бутены; В) подачу потока а исходного газа, содержащего н-бутен, и кислородсодержащего газа по меньшей мере в одну зону окислительного дегидрирования, и окислительное дегидрирование н-бутенов в бутадиены, причем получают поток образующегося газа, содержащего бутадиен, непрореагировавший н-бутен, водяной пар, кислород, легкокипящие углеводороды, высококипящие побочные компоненты, при необходимости, оксиды углерода и, при необходимости, инертные газы; Са) охлаждение потока b образующегося газа посредством контактирования с органическим растворителем в качестве охлаждающего средства; Cb) сжатие потока b образующегося газа по меньшей мере на одной ступени сжатия, причем получают по меньшей мере один водный поток c1 конденсата и один газовый поток с2, содержащий бутадиен, н-бутен, водяной пар, кислород, легкокипящие углеводороды, при необходимости, оксиды углерода и, при необходимости, инертные газы; D) отделение неконденсируемых и легкокипящих газовых компонентов, содержащих кислород, легкокипящие углеводороды, при необходимости, оксиды углерода и, при необходимости, инертные газы, в виде газового потока d2 из газового потока с2 посредством абсорбции C-углеводородов, содержащих бутадиен и н-бутен в абсорбенте, причем получают поток абсорбента, насыщенный C-углеводородами, и газовый поток d2, и последующую десорбцию C-углеводородов из насыщенного потока абсорбента, причем получают поток d1 С-образующегося газа; Е) разделение потока d1 C-образующегося газа посредством экстрактивной дистилляции селективным для бутадиена растворителемA method of producing butadiene from n-butene, comprising the following steps: A) obtaining a stream of a source gas containing n-butenes; C) flow stream and the source gas containing n-butene, and oxygen-containing gas in at least one zone of oxidative dehydrogenation, and oxidative dehydrogenation of n-butenes to butadienes, and get the stream of the resulting gas containing butadiene, unreacted n-butene, water vapor , oxygen, low-boiling hydrocarbons, high-boiling secondary components, if necessary, carbon oxides and, if necessary, inert gases; Ca) cooling the stream b of the resulting gas by contacting with an organic solvent as a coolant; Cb) compressing the generated gas stream b in at least one compression stage, wherein at least one condensate water stream c1 and one gas stream c2 are obtained containing butadiene, n-butene, water vapor, oxygen, low-boiling hydrocarbons, and, if necessary, oxides carbon and, if necessary, inert gases; D) separating non-condensable and low-boiling gas components containing oxygen, low-boiling hydrocarbons, if necessary, carbon oxides and, if necessary, inert gases, in the form of a gas stream d2 from the gas stream c2 through absorption of C-hydrocarbons containing butadiene and n-butene to absorbent, and get the flow of absorbent saturated with C-hydrocarbons, and the gas stream d2, and the subsequent desorption of C-hydrocarbons from the saturated stream of the absorbent, and get a stream d1 C-formed gas; E) separation of the stream d1 C-formed gas by means of extractive distillation solvent for butadiene
