Abstract

Раскрыта изолирующая муфта для узла электрического разделителя для электромагнитной (ЭМ) телеметрии, применяемой при бурении с забойным двигателем. Узел электрического разделителя содержит охватывающий элемент, содержащий охватывающую сопрягаемую часть, и охватываемый элемент, содержащий охватываемую сопрягаемую часть, и часть с зазором. Охватываемая сопрягаемая часть в сопряжении принимается в охватывающей сопрягаемой части и электрически изолирована от нее. На части с зазором расположена изолирующая муфта. Муфта изготовлена из каркаса с несколькими дискретными телами, разнесенными вокруг каркаса, и часть каждого из дискретных тел выступает над каркасом, или каркас, или дискретные тела изготовлены из электроизоляционного материала для электрической изоляции одного конца муфты от другого конца муфты. Таким образом муфта электрически изолирует охватываемый элемент от охватывающего элемента, и охватываемый элемент, охватывающий элемент и изолирующая муфта действуют как "электрический разделитель" для ЭМ телеметрии.
