Abstract
Способ получения калиевой соли азилсартана медоксомила формулы I, при котором получают сольват азилсартана медоксомила формулы II с растворителем, выбранным из группы, состоящей из диметилацетамида или N-метилпирролидона или их смесей, либо перекристаллизуют из диметилацетамида или N-метилпирролидона, либо их смесей с другими растворителями, и на следующей стадии преобразуют в калиевую соль, используя источник калия в подходящем растворителе.The method of obtaining the azylsartan potassium salt of medoxomil of formula I, in which an azilsartan medoxomil solvate of formula II is obtained with a solvent selected from the group consisting of dimethylacetamide or N-methylpyrrolidone or mixtures thereof, or recrystallized from dimethylacetamide or N-methylpyrrolidone, or mixtures thereof with other solvents , and in the next step, is converted to the potassium salt using a potassium source in a suitable solvent.
