Изобретение относится к санитарно-техническому оборудованию для обслуживания железнодорожного подвижного состава и, более конкретно, к системам управления процессом удаления, сбора и транспортировки фекальных масс из баков-сборников туалетных комплексов, устанавливаемых в пассажирских вагонах и электропоездах. Для начала работы комплекса необходимо создать вакуум в ёмкости для сбора фекальных масс. По прибытиии пассажирских вагонов на место для обслуживания баков-сборников туалетных комплексов, где установлены стационарные колоки откачки, оператором осуществляется герметичная стыковка горловины бака-сборника с гибким рукавом колонки откачки. После открывания запирающего крана на колонке откачки происходит движение содержимого баков-сборников вагонов в ёмкость для сбора фекальных масс до полного её наполнения. При полном наполнении ёмкости фекальных масс система автоматики фиксирует объём наполнения и даёт команду открывания клапану слива. При открывании клапана слива происходит сброс содержимого ёмкости в канализацию или в очистные сооружения. После опорожнения бака-сборника туалетного комплекса вагона из бака для промывки с помощью нагнетательного насоса подаётся в магистраль промывки дезинфицирующий раствор и промывается стыковочный узел гибкого рукава колонки. Стационарный комплекс оснащён и управляетсяа автоматической системой контроля за работой комплекса, а также её отдельных систем. After emptying the tank collector of the toilet complex of the car from the tank for washing with the help of a pressure pump, the disinfectant solution is fed into the washing line and the docking station of the flexible column hose is washed. The stationary complex is equipped and controlled by an automatic system for monitoring the operation of the complex, as well as its individual systems.
