Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, mainly to endocrinology, and can be used for screening testing of patients and early, individual prediction of the risk of developing diabetes mellitus type 2 over the next ten years in people aged 45-69 years. To determine the risk of developing diabetes mellitus type 2, clinical and anamnestic data is determined: BMI, OT, AH, diabetes mellitus in close relatives, and laboratory data: TG, HDL cholesterol, indications of CAD and DAD, blood sugar levels and according to the questionnaire "risk scales") determine the scores, summarize them and judge the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by the value obtained. With a score below 8, a low risk of developing type 2 diabetes is judged in the next 10 years, and with a score above 8, a high degree of risk of developing type 2 diabetes is judged.
