Abstract
Устройство для очистки забоя скважины относится к технике и технологии добычи углеводородов, а именно к устройствам для очистки скважин при освоении и эксплуатации, и может быть использовано для очистки забоя скважин от отложений, представляющих собой смесь твердой фракции, например отверженного грунта, песка, шлама, механических примесей и т.д., и жидкой фракции в виде воды, нефти или их смеси. Задачей настоящего изобретения является создание устройства с повышенной эффективностью путем предотвращения плотного его вхождения в удаляемые отложения и исключения обратного слива жидкой фракции. Устройство для очистки забоя скважины содержит приемную и статическую камеры, верхний и нижний клапаны и нижний корпус. При этом между приемной и статической камерой расположен верхний корпус с размещенным в нем подпружиненным полым толкателем, который имеет регулирующий элемент в верхней части и радиальные каналы выше верхнего клапана, свободно установленного с возможность поворота на нижнем заглушенном конце толкателя и входящего своим верхним краем в камеру перетока, выполненную в верхнем корпусе с возможностью совмещения с радиальными каналами при осевом перемещении. At the same time between the receiving and static camera is the upper case with a spring-loaded hollow pusher placed in it, which has a regulating element in the upper part and radial channels above the upper valve, freely installed with the ability to rotate at the lower muffled end of the pusher and entering its overflow edge , made in the upper case with the possibility of combining with the radial channels during axial movement. The bottom valve is installed in the lower part of the static chamber, which enters the lower body, in which a spring-loaded hollow rod is installed, carrying a cutting tool at its lower end, and in its head part there is a groove combined with a finger in the wall of the lower body, forming a pair to produce a rotating moment of the cutting tool.
