Abstract
Электрод для получения металлического алюминия электролизом соединения, содержащего алюминий, растворённого в расплавленном электролите, где процесс электролиза выполняется в ванне обычной конструкции Холла-Эру. Также описаны способы их нанесения.An electrode for producing metallic aluminum by electrolysis of a compound containing aluminum dissolved in a molten electrolyte, where the electrolysis process is carried out in a bath of the usual Hall-Herou design. The electrode includes a calcined carbon-containing mass with at least one composite metal conductor fixed in it, including conductive elements of an Fe-containing material and conductive elements of a Cu-containing material. The composite conductor includes a barrier layer material at an interface between two conductive materials. Types of ceramic barrier materials, refractories of solid materials and metals are proposed. Methods for their application are also described.
