Изобретение относится к ресурсосберегающей душевой установке (1), включающей в себя (i) корпус (2) для объекта (3) и (ii) множество душевых головок (4а, 4b, 5а, 5b, 6а, 6b, 7а, 7b), расположенных на различных высотах, для распыления тумана, содержащего газ и жидкость, подаваемые под давлением на указанный объект; причем каждая душевая головка содержит по меньшей мере один набор сопел, каждый набор включает в себя (а) сопло (22) для распыления указанного газа и (b) расположенное рядом с ним по меньшей мере одно сопло (20, 21) для распыления указанной жидкости, и в каждом указанном наборе конец каждого сопла для распыления указанной жидкости расположен под острым углом к концу каждого соседнего сопла для распыления газа.
