Abstract

Раскрыты система и способ разделения твердых и жидких фаз и анализ бурового раствора. Способ содержит нагревание до заданной температуры корпуса реторты, внутренняя стенка которого, по меньшей мере, частично определяет камеру внутри корпуса реторты. Образец бурового раствора может быть автоматически введен во внутреннюю камеру, а на внутренней стенке корпуса реторты может быть образована пленка образца бурового раствора. Пленка может быть разделена на твердую фракцию и пар. Способ может также содержать улавливание пара с использованием выходного канала, обеспечивающего сообщение по текучей среде с внутренней камерой, и конденсацию пара в жидкую фракцию пленки. Затем объем жидкой фракции пленки может быть автоматически измерен.
