Сущность изобретения: активацию целлюлозы осуществляют обработкой хлопкообразной целлюлозы водным раствором углекислого калия в течение 40-60 мин при молярном соотношении вода:углекислый калий:целлюлоза, равном 25:0.260-0.391:0.0154-0.0185 соответственно, осуществляют фильтрацию и сушку при температуре 100-105°С в течение 90 мин и помол 2-8 мин.
