Abstract
В получении оксида алюминия из гидроксида алюминия а) гидроксид алюминия очищают промывочной водой в фильтре для гидрата, б) очищенный гидроксид алюминия, по меньшей мере частично, высушивают и/или предварительно прокаливают в ходе по меньшей мере одной стадии предварительного нагрева, в) этот предварительно обработанный гидроксид алюминия прокаливают в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем, получая оксид алюминия, г) полученный оксид алюминия охлаждают в ходе по меньшей мере одной стадии косвенного охлаждения с использованием воды в качестве хладагента, д) пар (D), полученный из охлаждающей воды вследствие теплопередачи на стадии косвенного охлаждения, отделяют от жидкой фракции (А) выходящего потока со стадии (Е) охлаждения и е) по меньшей мере одну часть (Т) потока жидкой фракции (А) направляют в фильтр для гидрата и используют здесь в качестве промывочной воды для очистки гидроксида алюминия в фильтре для гидрата.
