Abstract
Данное изобретение позволяет расширить функциональные возможности диспергирующего элемента в спектрометре и, таким образом, повысить качество спектрометра, а также повысить добротность резонатора в спектрометре до величин ~10.The alleged invention relates to optical spectrometry and integrated on-chip optical instrumentation and industrially applicable to measure the spectral composition of radiation, in particular in analyzers for liquid and gaseous media, in the field of biomedicine, in the analysis of hyperspectral data. The inventive resonators in the array used in the spectrometer as a dispersing element, consist of two components. Firstly, from the comb PC of the waveguide, in which the period of the structure does not change. Secondly, the resonator contains a fragment of a complementary material with an area of several periods of the photonic crystal. When two components are combined, a defect is formed in which the resonant mode can be excited. This invention allows to expand the functionality of the dispersing element in the spectrometer and, thus, to improve the quality of the spectrometer, as well as to increase the quality factor of the resonator in the spectrometer to values of ~ 10.
