Предложена низколегированная борсодержащая сталь для цементуемых деталей, содержащая углерод, кремний, марганец, хром, никель, молибден, алюминий, кальций, бор, железо и примеси, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит ниобий при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: углерод 0,18-0,23, марганец 0,40-0,70, кремний 0,17-0,37, хром 0,40-0,70, никель 0,40-0,70, молибден 0,15-0,25, алюминий 0,02-0,05, кальций 0,0004-0,0050, бор 0,008-0,015, ниобий 0,03-0,045, железо и неизбежные примеси - остальное, при этом суммарное содержание марганца, хрома, никеля и молибдена находится в пределах 1,35-2,35 мас.%, а отношение молибдена к бору находится в пределах от 10:1 до 30:1. В качестве примесей сталь содержит фосфор ≤0,025 мас.%, серу ≤0,025% и медь ≤0,15%. Прокаливаемость (твердость образца при торцевой закалке) соответствует: на расстоянии от торца образца 3 мм - от 44 до 47 HRC; на расстоянии 11,0 мм - от 33 до 47 HRC; на расстоянии 20,0 мм - от 20 до 44 HRC; на расстоянии 40,0 мм - от 13 до 33 HRC. Заявляемая сталь обладает регламентированной прокаливаемостью, более высокими значениями предела текучести, ударной вязкости и предела выносливости.The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to structural steels with enhanced mechanical properties and regulated hardenability and can be used in the manufacture of gear wheels of high-powered machines. As impurities, the steel contains phosphorus ≤0.025 wt.%, Sulfur ≤0255% and copper ≤0.15%. The hardenability (hardness of the specimen during end hardening) corresponds to: at a distance of 3 mm from the end of the specimen - from 44 to 47 HRC; at a distance of 11.0 mm - from 33 to 47 HRC; at a distance of 20.0 mm - from 20 to 44 HRC; at a distance of 40.0 mm - from 13 to 33 HRC. The inventive steel has a regulated hardenability, higher values of yield strength, impact strength and fatigue limit.
