Abstract

The invention relates to medical cybernetics, relates to rapid methods for determining the state of human health and is intended to monitor the activity of the cardiovascular system and the respiratory tract. The essence of the invention consists in a method of monitoring the activity of the cardiovascular system and the respiratory tract, which is carried out by the MEA by listening with a microphone to the device for the noise of the heart, lungs and the voice of the subject of observation. Registration of indicators of health status is carried out in the memory of the MEA. The program based on the Noise-technology of the operating system of the device processes the received information with the development of informative signs (symptoms) of the disease, formed from the noise characteristics estimates Dε, Rε (μ), Rεε (μ = 0). At the learning stage, the device memory forms the base of values of indicators with the development of a range of risk, and then monitors the deviations of the current indicators from the reference ones and signals the indicators either to the subject of observation or to the observer for the intensive care patient. The technical effect of the claimed invention consists not only in solving the problem posed - creating a simple and easy-to-implement method of monitoring diseases of the cardiovascular system and respiratory tract, but also in the possibility of determining the latent period of disease origin and ensuring the mass availability of the monitoring procedure. The method allows monitoring in real time both at home with the aim of preventing a state of health, as well as in stationary.
