Abstract

Способ уменьшения стоимости и воздействия на окружающую среду химикалиев, используемых при гидравлическом разрыве пласта, предназначенный для использования множества химикалиев, которые сначала предварительно смешиваются, а затем формируются в виде единой твердой перемешанной смеси. Посредством формирования по меньшей мере двух химикалиев в виде единой твердой смеси устраняется сложность, связанная с транспортировкой множества твердых или жидких химикалиев. Если твердые химикалии просто предварительно смешивают, они будут стремиться к разделению во время транспортировки, манипуляций и хранения с изменением концентрации химической смеси, когда ее нагнетают в скважину. Простым путем, имея меньше оборудования на буровой площадке, повышают точность процесса обработки скважины и понижают вероятность занимающей много времени и, таким образом, дорогостоящей задержки из-за отказа оборудования.
