Abstract
Изобретение относится к средствам бурения скважин, а именно к забойным гидравлическим двигателям лопастного типа. Задача изобретения - повышение надежности работы объемного забойного двигателя. Технический результат - достижение усиленного крутящего момента на валу и снижение гидродинамического встречного сопротивления вращению лопастей в кольцевой полости. Объемный забойный двигатель содержит корпус, внутри которого с возможностью вращения соосно расположен вал, образующий с корпусом кольцевую полость, где размещены и наклонно по ходу вращения к валу прикреплены лопасти в форме полуцилиндра, внутренние поверхности лопастей выполнены шероховатыми, имеющими поперечные к высоте лопастей выступы и впадины в виде дуги, выпукло ориентированные книзу, внешние поверхности лопастей выполнены чистыми до зеркального блеска, при этом в нижней части вал снабжен центральным каналом и боковыми радиальными отверстиями, входящими в центральный канал из кольцевой полости ниже лопастей по направлению вращения вала.The invention relates to the drilling of wells, namely to downhole hydraulic motors of blade type. The objective of the invention is to increase the reliability of the downhole motor. The technical result is the achievement of enhanced torque on the shaft and the reduction of hydrodynamic counter resistance to the rotation of the blades in the annular cavity. The volumetric downhole motor includes a housing inside which the shaft forming the annular cavity with the housing is axially rotatable, where the blades in the shape of a semi-cylinder are placed and inclined in the direction of rotation, the inner surfaces of the blades are made rough with projections transverse to the height of the blades in the form of an arc, convexly oriented downward, the outer surfaces of the blades are made clean to a mirror shine, while in the lower part the shaft is provided with a central channel and lateral radial ny holes that enter the central channel of the annular cavity below the blades in the direction of rotation of the shaft.
