Abstract
В настоящей публикации описан способ нанесения покрытий на трубы. Указанный способ включает нанесение на поверхность трубы отверждаемого первого полимера (например, эпоксидной смолы) и частичное отверждение первого полимера, или оставление первого полимера неотвержденным для создания слоя реакционноспособного первого полимера. Вслед за этим нагревают трубу со слоем реакционноспособного первого полимера и наносят второй полимер (например, полиолефин) непосредственно на нагретый слой реакционноспособного первого полимера, благодаря чему два полимера взаимодействуют с образованием защитного покрытия на трубе или части трубы. В частности, нагревание можно осуществлять в две стадии, таким образом чтобы первый полимер оставался реакционноспособным до момента нанесения второго полимера.
