Изобретение относится к управлению горнодобывающей техникой, а именно к управлению электроприводами механизмов одноковшовых карьерных экскаваторов, в частности главных электроприводов карьерного гусеничного экскаватора ЭКГ-5А. Устройство управления электроприводами экскаватора содержит силовую часть и блок управления системой электроприводов экскаватора. Силовая часть включает понижающий трансформатор 1, по меньшей мере три преобразователя 6, которые снабжены преобразователями возбуждения 7. Блок управления системой электроприводов экскаватора содержит интерфейс 8, микропроцессор 14, задающие элементы 15. Устройство также снабжено датчиками 9, 12 постоянного тока, датчиком 5 напряжения и измерительными системами 10 скорости коллекторных электродвигателей 11 постоянного тока независимого возбуждения электроприводов экскаватора. Устройство дополнительно содержит блок 4 управления силовой частью, силовая часть дополнительно содержит блок 2 питания и сглаживающий конденсаторный фильтр 3, преобразователи 6 выполнены силовыми широтно-импульсными преобразователями постоянного напряжения (ШИП). Понижающий трансформатор 1 соединен с преобразователями 6 через блок 2 питания и сглаживающий конденсаторный фильтр 3, преобразователи 6 соединены с якорями коллекторных электродвигателей 11 постоянного тока независимого возбуждения электроприводов экскаватора и через преобразователи возбуждения 7 с их обмотками возбуждения 13. The excavator drive system control unit contains an interface 8, a microprocessor 14, driver elements 15. The device is also equipped with DC sensors 9, 12, voltage sensor 5 and measuring systems 10 speeds of collector electric motors 11 of direct current of independent excitation of excavator electric drives. The device further comprises a power unit control unit 4, the power part further comprises a power supply unit 2 and a smoothing capacitor filter 3, the converters 6 are made of power pulse-width converters of direct voltage (SHIP). A step-down transformer 1 is connected to converters 6 via power supply unit 2 and a smoothing capacitor filter 3, converters 6 are connected to armature collector electric motors 11 for direct current independent excitation of excavator drives and through excitation converters 7 with their excitation windings 13.
