Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам порционного объемного дозирования сыпучих материалов, преимущественно для дозирования такого продукта, как жареная семечка, перед последующей его упаковкой. Технический результат заключается в обеспечении точности объемного дозирования, простоте осуществления способа. Технический результат достигается тем, что способ объемного дозирования, включающий подачу в течение фиксированного промежутка времени продукта из бункера через питатель в мерную емкость номинального объема, заполнение последней и подачу отмеренной дозы продукта из мерной емкости на позицию выгрузки, отличается тем, что дозу отсекают отсекателем дозы, выполненным из набора пластин, изготовленных из разных пластичных материалов, без прекращения подачи продукта в мерную емкость, образованную лопатками крыльчатки, проход продукта между упомянутыми лопатками осуществляют за счет сил гравитации и вращения крыльчатки, количество пройденного продукта контролируют электронным счетчиком. Использование предлагаемого изобретения позволяет увеличить точность объемного дозирования, облегчает осуществления контроля пройденного продукта через аппарат, снижение энергозатрат при осуществлении способа. В результате отмеченных достоинств предложенного способа порционного весового дозирования значительно повышается техническая эффективность производства.The invention relates to methods for batch volumetric dosing of bulk materials, preferably for dosing a product such as roasted seeds, prior to its subsequent packaging. The technical result is achieved by the method of volumetric dosing, which includes supplying the product from the bunker through the feeder to the measuring capacity of the nominal volume for a fixed period of time, filling the latter and feeding the measured dose of the product from the measuring capacity to the unloading position, in that the dose is cut off made from a set of plates made of different plastic materials, without interrupting the flow of the product into the measuring container formed by the blades of the impeller, the passage of the product between mentioned blades carried out by the forces of gravity and rotation of the impeller, the amount of product passed is controlled by an electronic counter. The use of the present invention allows to increase the accuracy of volumetric dosing, facilitates the implementation of the control of the passed product through the apparatus, reducing energy consumption in the process. As a result of the noted advantages of the proposed batch weight dosing method, the technical production efficiency is significantly increased.
