The swirling fluid then expands so that the carbon dioxide components in a metastable state are formed in the fluid flow. Then the output stream of fluid with components of carbon dioxide is extracted from the cyclone separator fluid and is provided as a mixture in the separation tank. The mixture is then routed through the tubular section to the collection tank while simultaneously providing such treatment conditions to form solid carbon dioxide. Finally, solidified carbon dioxide is removed.
