По меньшей мере одно переходное устройство (1b, 2b, 3) расположено на переходном пластинчатом элементе (1, 2) на стороне, противоположной первому пластинчатому элементу (4), и открыто для канала (1а, 2а) переходного пластинчатого элемента (1, 2). По меньшей мере одно переходное устройство (1b, 2b, 3) приспособлено для соединения с контейнером, содержащим фильтруемую текучую среду.
