Изобретение относится к области очистки промышленных, питьевых и сточных вод от вредных примесей, в том числе от ионов тяжелых металлов, нефтепродуктов и органических загрязнений методом сорбции. Комплекс сорбционной очистки загрязненных вод содержит последовательно соединенные между собой трубопроводом от забора загрязненной воды до резервуара чистой воды по потоку очищаемой воды емкость химической обработки, насос и осветлительный фильтр. Емкость химической обработки соединена с гальванокоагулятором трубопроводом, на котором последовательно от гальванокоагулятора до указанной емкости размещены буферный бак с функцией скрапоуловителя, второй насос и средство ультразвукового активирования. Емкость химической обработки снабжена дополнительным трубопроводом, образующим циркуляционный контур, на котором размещен гидроциклон. Циркуляционный контур имеет соединение с участком трубопровода между насосом и осветлительным фильтром, патрубок вывода твердой фазы гидроциклона соединен с емкостью химической обработки, а патрубок слива жидкой фракции гидроциклона соединен трубопроводом с осветлительным фильтром. Заявленный комплекс сорбционной очистки загрязненных вод позволяет эффективно удалять излишние количества тяжелых металлов, нефтепродуктов и других загрязнений.The invention relates to the field of purification of industrial, drinking and waste waters from harmful impurities, including heavy metal ions, petroleum products and organic pollutants by the method of sorption. The complex for sorptive purification of polluted water contains, in series, interconnected by a pipeline from the intake of polluted water to a reservoir of clean water along the stream of the water being purified, a chemical treatment tank, a pump and a brightening filter. The chemical treatment tank is connected to a galvano-co-regulator by a pipeline, in which a buffer tank with the function of a scrap collector, a second pump and an ultrasonic activating means are placed sequentially from the galvano-co-regulator to the indicated capacity. The chemical treatment tank is equipped with an additional pipeline that forms a circulation loop on which a hydrocyclone is placed. The circulation circuit has a connection with the pipeline section between the pump and the clarifying filter, the hydrocyclone solid phase outlet is connected to the chemical treatment tank, and the hydrocyclone liquid fraction outlet is connected to the clarifying filter by a pipeline. The stated complex of sorption purification of polluted water allows you to effectively remove excess amounts of heavy metals, oil products and other contaminants.
