Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что способ выноса угля для отгрузки на угольных разрезах предусматривает автоматическое разделение угля на фракции в процессе его подачи из бункера на подвижной транспорт. Разделение осуществляется на три фракции - отсев до 15 мм, орешек до 35 мм и крупнокусковой уголь. В момент поступления из приемного бункера на выносной транспортер уголь подвергают дроблению и дозированной подаче. Конвейер включает приемный бункер с дозатором-дробителем, основной выносной цепной скребковый транспортер и несколько ленточных транспортеров, установленных перпендикулярно основному. Ложемент для верхней ветви основного выносного транспортера выполнен со множеством сквозных отверстий, до половины длины по продольной оси транспортера с шириной отверстий под фракцию угля - отсев 15 мм, а во второй половине - с отверстиями, шириной под фракцию угля орешек 35 мм. Ложемент для нижней ветви основного выносного транспортера выполнен цельным с окнами для просыпания угля фракций 15 и 35 мм в приемные лотки ленточных транспортеров. Сквозные отверстия в ложементе для верхней ветви выносного транспортера выполнены под углом 45° к продольной оси этого транспортера, удлиненными, например до 250 мм, и расположены секторами. The lodgment for the upper branch of the main external conveyor is made with a set of through holes, up to half the length along the longitudinal axis of the conveyor with a width of coal fraction - screenings 15 mm, and in the second half - with holes, 35 mm wide coal fraction. The cradle for the lower branch of the main bypass conveyor is made one-piece with windows for spilling coal of 15 and 35 mm fractions into receiving trays of belt conveyors. The through holes in the cradle for the upper branch of the external conveyor are made at an angle of 45 ° to the longitudinal axis of this conveyor, elongated, for example, up to 250 mm, and arranged in sectors. The lodgments for both branches of the main external chain scraper conveyor are made of sheet metal of increased wear resistance, 10 mm thick.
