Технический результат: снижение энергетических потерь, повышение коэффициента полезного действия и технологичности изготовления установки. Установка 1 содержит корпус 2, в котором смонтирован вал 3 с двумя роторами 4, на внешней цилиндрической поверхности которого выполнены декомпрессионные камеры 6, кольцевую камеру 8, расположенную между внутренней цилиндрической поверхностью корпуса 2 и внешней цилиндрической поверхностью ротора 4, гидравлические каналы впуска 11 и выпуска 12 рабочей среды, выполненные в корпусе 2 и связанные с кольцевой камерой 8 и гидравлической системой 21. На внешней цилиндрической поверхности роторов 4 с равномерным угловым интервалом смонтированы перемычки 16 с возможностью образования пяти декомпрессионных камер 6 в форме кольцевых прямоугольных каналов 15. Каналы 15 дополнительно снабжены поршневыми вставками 18, которые выполнены ступенчатыми, ступени 19 расположены на отрезке дуги, делящем ее в отношении золотого сечения, и выполнены в форме прямоугольников золотого сечения 34, 35. Перемычки 16 по периметру снабжены самоуплотняющимся элементом 20, выполненным с возможностью герметичного перекрытия декомпрессионных камер 6 друг от друга. Корпус 2 содержит дополнительную вторую кольцевую камеру 8, в каждой кольцевой камере 8 размещены упомянутые выше роторы 4, при этом с торцов камеры 8 герметично закрыты боковыми крышками 9. Channels 15 are additionally equipped piston inserts 18, which are made stepped, the steps 19 are located on a segment of the arc dividing it with respect to the golden section, and are made in the form of rectangles of the golden section 34, 35. The jumpers 16 are equipped with a self-sealing element 20 along the perimeter, made with the possibility of a hermetic crossing digging decompression chambers 6 from each other.
