Abstract
Изобретение относится к области металлургии, в частности к конструкциям индукционных канальных печей для приготовления сплавов и разновесных компонентов, и направлено на повышение эффективности перемешивания расплава в печи и ее производительности за счет исключения зарастания канальной части окислами. Указанный технический результат достигают тем, что индукционная канальная печь, выполненная в виде Ш-образного магнитопровода, имеет горизонтальный закрытый канал для расплава металла в форме тора эллиптического сечения. На среднем стержне Ш-образного магнитопровода расположена первичная обмотка. А вторичная обмотка состоит из двух частей, размещенных поверх первичной обмотки так, что одна часть её находится над горизонтальным каналом с расплавом металла, а другая - под каналом.The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to the structures of induction channel furnaces for the preparation of alloys and equilibrium components, and is aimed at improving the efficiency of melt mixing in the furnace and its performance by eliminating overgrowth of the channel part with oxides. This technical result is achieved by the fact that an induction channel furnace, made in the form of an W-shaped magnetic circuit, has a horizontal closed channel for the molten metal in the shape of a torus of elliptical cross section. On the middle core of the W-shaped magnetic core is the primary winding. A secondary winding consists of two parts, placed on top of the primary winding so that one part of it is above the horizontal channel with the metal melt, and the other - under the channel.
