Abstract
Система и способ для опреснения морской воды W, имеющей исходную соленость и исходную концентрацию компонентов, образующих накипь, причем система включает подсистему предварительной обработки, по меньшей мере, для частичного удаления из упомянутой воды W упомянутых компонентов, образующих накипь, этим производя предварительно обработанную подаваемую воду, имеющую первую концентрацию компонентов, образующих накипь, ниже упомянутой исходной концентрации компонентов, образующих накипь; прямоточную выпарную батарею, предназначенную для дистилляции упомянутой предварительно обработанной подаваемой воды, этим производя продукт основной опресненной воды W, имеющей соленость ниже, чем упомянутая соленость воды, и основной соляной раствор, имеющий концентрацию соли приблизительно 10%; концентратор, предназначенный для приема упомянутого основного соляного раствора и его концентрации, этим производя более концентрированный соляной раствор с повышенной концентрацией соли приблизительно 20-22% и выдавая продукт первой дополнительной опресненной воды W; и кристаллизатор для приема упомянутого более концентрированного соляного раствора, предназначенный для его кристаллизации, чтобы получать, по меньшей мере, твердые соляные продукты и выдавать продукт второй дополнительной опресненной воды W.A system and method for the desalination of seawater W having initial salinity and initial concentration of components forming scale, the system including a pretreatment subsystem for at least partially removing said components forming scale from said water W, producing pre-treated feed water having a first concentration of scale-forming components below the initial concentration of scale-forming components mentioned; a direct flow evaporator battery designed to distill the said pre-treated feedwater, thereby producing a product of basic desalinated water W having a salinity lower than the said salinity of the water and a basic brine having a salt concentration of approximately 10%; a concentrator designed to receive said basic saline solution and its concentration, thereby producing a more concentrated brine solution with an elevated salt concentration of approximately 20-22% and yielding the product of the first additional desalinated water W; and a crystallizer for receiving said more concentrated brine, designed to crystallize it, in order to obtain at least solid salt products and to produce the product of the second additional desalinated water W.
