Изобретение относится к области ветеринарной вирусологии, а именно к вакцине против бешенства и способу ее получения. Для повышении эффективности за счет увеличения антигенной и иммуногенной активности и безвредности инактивированной вакцины вакцина против бешенства для оральной иммунизации диких плотоядных животных, включающая вакцинный штамм вируса бешенства, выращенный в перевиваемой культуре клеток, и пищевые и формообразующие компоненты, содержит в качестве вакцинного штамма культуральную жидкость, содержащую авирулентный штамм вируса бешенства с титром инфекционности 6,0-8,5 lg FFU/см, в качестве пищевых и формообразующих компонентов содержит рыбную муку, говяжий жир, парафин или пищевой полимер и неочищенное зерно хлебных злаков, дополнительно содержит маркер - тетрациклин, при определенном соотношении компонентов. В качестве авирулентного штамма вируса бешенства содержится авирулентный штамм вируса бешенства РВ-97 или ERA G333. В качестве неочищенного зерна хлебных злаков содержится зерно пшеницы, ржи, ячменя, овса. В способе получения вакцины против бешенства для оральной иммунизации диких плотоядных животных, включающем вакцинный штамм вируса бешенства, выращенный в перевиваемой культуре клеток, и пищевые и формообразующие компоненты, вакцинный штамм вируса бешенства выращивают в перевиваемых монослойно-суспензионных сублиниях клеток почки новорожденного сирийского хомячка ВНК-21/13-02 или почки сайги, полученную культуральную жидкость, содержащую авирулентный штамм вируса бешенства с титром инфекционности 6,0-8,5 lg FFU/смзамораживают при минус 20-40°С, далее тетрациклин, парафин, неочищенное зерно хлебных злаков, рыбную муку,The invention relates to the field of veterinary Virology, namely to the rabies vaccine and how to obtain it.
