Abstract

В заявке описан циклон, содержащий кожух с внутренним диаметром D. Возле первого конца кожуха расположен входной канал. Внутри первого или второго конца кожуха (зависит от типа циклона: прямоточный или с обратным потоком) может быть установлен направляющий элемент. Внутри второго или первого конца кожуха (зависит от типа циклона: прямоточный или с обратным потоком) расположена выходная труба, которая отходит от конца кожуха. Между выходной трубой и внутренней стенкой кожуха (для прямоточной конструкции циклона) или между направляющим элементом и внутренней стенкой кожуха (для конструкции циклона с обратным потоком) формируется накопитель, в котором аккумулируются частицы, отделенные от потока входящего газа. Величина зазора между направляющим элементом и выходной трубой находится в диапазоне от примерно 0,4×D до примерно 0,8×D. Длина накопителя примерно равна 1,5×D или превышает эту величину.
