Abstract
Представлено неизнашиваемое автономное управляющее устройство для аэродинамического аварийного тормоза преобразователя ветровой энергии, содержащее компоненты для обеспечения наиболее эффективного средства управления вращением ветряной турбины с вертикальной осью с помощью тормоза, выполненным с возможностью активации без внешнего приведения в действие в ситуациях неисправности в работе и прекращения работы ветряной турбины с вертикальной осью. Таким образом, элемент массы используется для хранения механической энергии, которая, в свою очередь, используется для выполнения операции аэродинамического торможения. Также предусмотрено средство для управления и ограничения количества вращательного момента, поглощаемого турбиной в условиях сильного ветра, и, таким образом, обеспечивается возможность аккумулирования электрической/механической энергии за пределами нормальных рабочих скоростей ветра турбин.
