Abstract
Изобретение относится к области защиты от подделки и проверки подлинности ценных документов. Согласно изобретению раскрывается способ изготовления оптического защитного элемента, способ верификации подлинности документа с защитным оптическим элементом, защитный элемент и ценный документ, содержащий указанный защитный элемент. При этом способ изготовления оптического защитного элемента содержит этапы, на которых: а) предусматривают прозрачный носитель, представляющий собой тонкопленочный поляризатор, имеющий две рабочие стороны, каждая из которых используется для формирования независимых скрытых изображений; б) впечатывают скрытое изображение по меньшей мере на один участок на первой рабочей стороне носителя методом прямой печати с помощью бесцветной жидкой композиции и отверждают его; в) осуществляют структурирование в предварительно заданном направлении на предварительно заданную глубину по меньшей мере одного участка, на первой рабочей стороне носителя, несущей скрытое изображение, для обеспечения оптической анизотропии в указанном участке, в результате, получают скрытое поляризованное изображение, которое остается невидимым при наблюдении его невооруженным глазом, и наблюдается четко контрастно в поляризованном свете; г) наносят тонкий прозрачный защитный слой по всей поверхности первой рабочей стороны защитного поляризационного элемента; д) впечатывают скрытое изображение по меньшей мере на один участок на обратной стороне носителя, являющейся второй рабочей стороной, методом прямой печати с помощью бесцветной жидкой композиции и отверждают его; е) осуществляют структурирование в предварительно заданном направлении на предварительно заданную глубину по меньшей мере одного участка, на второй рабочей стороне носителя, несущей скрытое изображение, для обеспечения оптической анизотропии в указанном участке, в результате, получают скрытое поляризованное изображение, которое остается невидимым при наблюдении его невооруженным глазом и наблюдается четко контрастно в поляризованном свете; ж) наносят тонкий прозрачный защитный слой по всей поверхности второй рабочей стороны защитного поляризационного элемента. Верификация аутентичности документов производится с помощью раздельной и независимой визуализации двух поляризованных скрытых изображений с использованием двух отражательных элементов, встроенных в структуру ценного документа.The invention relates to the field of protection against forgery and authentication of valuable documents. According to the invention, a method for manufacturing an optical security element, a method for verifying the authenticity of a document with a security optical element, a security element and a valuable document containing said security element are disclosed. Moreover, the method of manufacturing an optical security element comprises the steps of: a) providing a transparent carrier, which is a thin-film polarizer having two working sides, each of which is used to form independent latent images; b) imprint the latent image on at least one area on the first working side of the carrier by direct printing using a colorless liquid composition and curing it; c) carry out structuring in a predetermined direction to a predetermined depth of at least one section, on the first working side of the carrier carrying the latent image, to ensure optical anisotropy in the specified section, as a result, receive a latent polarized image that remains invisible when it is observed to the naked eye, and is clearly seen contrasting in polarized light; d) apply a thin transparent protective layer over the entire surface of the first working side of the protective polarizing element; e) imprint the latent image onto at least one area on the reverse side of the carrier, which is the second working side, by direct printing using a colorless liquid composition and curing it; e) carry out structuring in a predetermined direction to a predetermined depth of at least one section, on the second working side of the carrier carrying the latent image, to ensure optical anisotropy in the specified section, as a result, receive a latent polarized image that remains invisible when it is observed to the naked eye and observed clearly contrasting in polarized light; g) apply a thin transparent protective layer over the entire surface of the second working side of the protective polarizing element. Verification of authenticity of documents is performed using separate and independent visualization of two polarized latent images using two reflective elements embedded in the structure of a valuable document.
