Abstract

Изобретение относится к области переработки отходов химической промышленности, а конкретно, отвалов фосфогипса - остаточного продукта при производстве фосфорных удобрений. Большие объёмы отходов, наличие в них редкоземельных элементов и стронция (в дальнейшем РЗЭ), фтористо-водородной, серной, фосфорной кислот, а также их солей, представляют собой весьма значимый объект в двух аспектах: 1) как довольно крупное антропогенное месторождение гипса и РЗЭ; 2) как серьёзный источник загрязнения окружающей среды. Заявляемый способ позволит комплексно освоить всю перерабатываемую массу без создания вторичных отвалов. Это делает возможным не только решать экологические проблемы без существенных затрат, но и получать значительную прибыль за счёт реализации вторичных продуктов. Техническая задача предлагаемого способа переработки фосфогипса заключается в создании безотходной технологии, включающей получение товарного гипса, концентрата редкоземельных элементов, освобождение продуктов передела от технологических кислот с последующей их нейтрализацией, использование технической воды по замкнутому варианту. Устройство для переработки фосфогипса включает емкость для сбора тяжелой фракции, устройство подачи исходного материала, ёмкость для водно-гравитационной сепарации, где роль мешалки в отличие от прототипа выполняет тангенциально встроенный гидромонитор со щелевой насадкой. Ёмкость для водно-гравитационной сепарации выполнена с патрубком для слива легкой фракции в емкость-отстойник, которая соединена последовательно при помощи трубопровода с емкостями для очистки от кислот.The invention relates to the field of recycling of chemical industry, and specifically, phosphogypsum dumps - residual product in the production of phosphate fertilizers. The inventive method will allow you to comprehensively master the entire processed mass without creating secondary dumps. This makes it possible not only to solve environmental problems without significant costs, but also to obtain significant profits through the sale of secondary products. The technical objective of the proposed method of processing phosphogypsum is to create waste-free technology, including the production of commodity gypsum, concentrate of rare earth elements, the release of redistribution products from process acids with their subsequent neutralization, the use of industrial water in a closed version. A device for processing phosphogypsum includes a tank for collecting heavy fraction, a source feed device, a tank for water-gravity separation, where the stirrer, in contrast to the prototype, is tangentially built-in hydromonitor with a slit nozzle. The tank for water-gravity separation is made with a pipe for discharging the light fraction into the settling tank, which is connected in series by means of a pipeline with tanks for cleaning from acids.
