Abstract
Изобретение относится к светоинформационным модулям - устройствам представления статической и динамической информации и может быть использовано для световой рекламы, а также как средство визуального отображения. Светоинформационный модуль выполнен в виде гибкого многослойного пленочного материала с запрессованным между слоями пучком электропроводов с печатными платами, в одном из слоев которого имеются отверстия для светодиодов, припаянных снаружи, а сами отверстия в пленке расположены напротив печатной платы на расстоянии друг от друга в соответствии с заданным шагом пикселей. Светодиоды закрыты на всю высоту выступающей части от основания защитным непрозрачным цилиндрическим кольцом, закрепленным в отверстии при прессовке. Пучок электропроводов с припаянными к ним печатными платами расположен строго линейно в горизонтальном или вертикальном направлении в зависимости от направления свертывания модуля в рулон, причем свертывание готового модуля необходимо производить поперек линии электропроводов с радиусом кривизны от 100 мм и выше. Гибкий модуль может быть выполнен в виде монолитного полотна любых размеров или в виде отдельных полос, соединенных в единую гибкую систему поперечными гибкими ленточными шнурами, например из высокопрочных волокон. Изобретение позволяет получать гибкий светоинформационный модуль любых конфигураций и размеров, легко сворачиваемый в рулон и простой в использовании.The invention relates to light-information modules - devices for the presentation of static and dynamic information and can be used for illuminated advertising, as well as a means of visual display. The light-information module is made in the form of a flexible multilayer film material with an electrical wire bundle with printed circuit boards pressed between the layers, in one of the layers of which there are holes for LEDs soldered outside, and the holes in the film themselves are located opposite the printed circuit board pixel pitch. The LEDs are closed to the entire height of the protruding part from the base with a protective opaque cylindrical ring fixed in the hole during pressing. A bundle of electrical wires with printed circuit boards soldered to them is strictly linear in horizontal or vertical direction, depending on the direction of the module folding into a roll, and the finished module should be rolled across the line of electric wires with a radius of curvature of 100 mm and above. The flexible module can be made in the form of a monolithic canvas of any size or in the form of separate strips connected in a single flexible system by transverse flexible ribbon cords, for example, of high-strength fibers. The invention allows to obtain a flexible light-information module of any configuration and size, easy to roll and easy to use.
