Abstract
Изобретение относится к измерительной технике, а именно к средствам измерения перемещений, и может быть использовано в различных областях, в том числе в строительстве, для измерения деформаций строительных конструкций, деформационных характеристик грунтов, параметров вибраций, контроля технологических процессов, и направлено на повышение точности измерения перемещений и расширение их диапазона. Предлагается способ измерения линейного перемещения объекта, включающий направление сформированного светового пучка на связанный с объектом отражающий элемент, регистрацию отраженного светового излучения, преобразование его в электрический сигнал и определение величины перемещения в соответствии с измеренными значениями указанного сигнала, отличие которого в том, что связанный с объектом отражающий элемент представляет собой матрицу, состоящую из одного отражающего элемента или из двух параллельных рядов отражающих элементов со смещением по вертикали между рядами, причем каждый отражающий элемент матрицы реализуют таким образом, что ширина его отражающей поверхности изменяется в зависимости от координаты Х в направлении перемещения объектаThe invention relates to measuring equipment, in particular to means of measuring displacements, and can be used in various fields, including construction, to measure deformations of building structures, deformation characteristics of soils, vibration parameters, process control, and is aimed at improving the accuracy of measurement movements and expansion of their range.
