Техническим результатом, на достижение которого направлено предлагаемое изобретение, является создание такого устройства, которое было бы канюлированным, позволяло осуществлять процесс восстановления и создания артромедуллярной связи, отбора костного жира, внутрисуставного введения ингредиентов для лечения пораженных суставов, кроме того, обеспечивало бы максимальное использование ресурсов организма больного, позволяло бы минимизировать хирургическое вмешательство, снизить себестоимость операций, одновременно увеличивая их доступность, расширить возможности для лечения заболеваний суставов, в том числе широко распространенных, уменьшало бы негативные психологические последствия послеоперационного периода, сокращало бы послеоперационный период восстановления функции пораженных суставов. Технический результат достигается тем, что предложено устройство для восстановления и создания артромедуллярной связи, отбора костного жира, внутрисуставного введения ингредиентов для лечения пораженных суставов, которое выполнено канюлированным и включает сквозной канал с входным и выходным отверстиями, оболочка которого снабжена резьбовыми элементами и перфорационными отверстиями, с возможным присоединением заглушки к отверстию сквозного канала, выполненной с регулируемой или фиксированной длиной, или колпачка, выполненного с возможностью регулирования потока жидкости, а такжеThe invention relates to such areas of medicine as traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in endoprosthetics, as well as in the treatment of traumatological, orthopedic and rheumatological patients.
