Abstract
Техническая проблема, которая решается настоящим изобретением, заключается в создании конструкции для розлива газированных, в том числе сильногазированных напитков, относящейся к типу «сифон» и выполняемой преимущественно из полимерных материалов, приспособленной для использования полужестких емкостей из полиэтилентерефталата известных конструкций или преемственных известным конструкциям. На горле 1 бутылки 2 из полиэтилентерефталата закреплен укупоривающий элемент, имеющий корпус 3, уплотнительную деталь 4, нажимную деталь 5 и подающую трубку 6. Корпус 3 выполнен с расположенными с противоположных сторон углублениями 7 и 8, которые связаны отверстием 9 в корпусе 3. В углублении 7 расположено горло 1. Корпус 3 выполнен с носиком 11, полость которого сообщается с полостью отверстия 9 между полостями 7 и 8 корпуса 3. Уплотнительная деталь 4 расположена внутри полости 7 корпуса 1 и в полости концевой части горла 2 и выполнена с полостью 12, внутри которой размещен запорный элемент 13, расположенный с перекрытием отверстия 9 между полостями корпуса и связанный с уплотнительной деталью 4 с возможностью перемещения и открытия полости отверстия 9. The pressing part 5 is fixed with a tightness around the perimeter in the recess 8 of the housing 3 and has an elastic membrane 15 with a rod 16, located in the hole 9 with the possibility of interaction with the locking element 13 to move it and open the cavity of the hole.
